Awaiting refund

I am waiting for my refund since 22.12.2023,the account was settled by Bayport financial services and they deducted from my paycheck.I submitted the required documents on th above date and Bayport settled around the 10.12.2023. When I called today I am told that they are still waiting for my payment to reflect from their payroll.Highly inconvenienced,still no idea as to when it will be settled.
