Lack of professionalism and accountability
I have been a client for Mazwe financial service for about 5 years now.I got a call from them on the 26/05/26,saying I should check my payslip they probably deducted more so they can offer me my refund.I did as Mamello said and went to check my payslip indeed it was deducted more approximately double the amount.She said I should send my payslip,bank statement and ID...I sent those then she later sent me a refund form which I completed and sent to them.The problem begins when I now ask about the process of my refund,it would be either they put me through to Mamello,she would not answer and I would be promised she will call back nothing of the sort has ever been done.If it happens she answers she would disconnect the line...I sent them countless WhatsApp the ticks will be blue but no response...I escalated the issue to their complaints department,they called me promised they were busy with it,they will call me before end of business.That never happened.I called them 2 days later,I could not get hold of Mamello and the consultant I found said the complaints guy was lying to me my refund has not been processed.It is so frustrating when a business does not deliver...it's been 2 weeks now that I have been waiting for my refund It inconvenienced me because that's money that should be buying groceries for my kids. On the 9th I sent them a WhatsApp message trying my luck ..I was told to send my documents via email...I asked when will I get my refund or rather know of the process of my refund ...They told me,they have a lot of backlog so mine is not a priority.I have been waiting for 2 weeks,my kids are hungry and consultants are not friendly instead they get annoyed if you ask them questions.I wouldn't recommend anyone to Mazwe.

Due Refund and lack of urgency
I’m very unhappy with Mazwe to be honest I’m ****ed off I was being assisted by a lady by the name of Thandi Maphalala I explained that they had deducted double and more on my monthly installment she asked that i send my payslip and 3 months bank statement including a copy of my ID wich I did that was on the 27th she prominently that id get my refund it’s the 2nd of June already and I still haven’t gotten my refund when I call its either she’s on calls and promises to call me back but never does people I work with have already received their refunds but I haven’t yet I submitted all the documents before them I explained the urgency of needing that money but it’s like I’m not being taken serious
