Terrible service Mazda Boksburg

Took my car in for service at Mazda Boksburg,the service response when collecting the car after service...Service consultants were unhelpful and very unfriendly bordering on ****** as the person before us,of a lighter hue was assisted with speed and ease.They then allegedly put resin on the windscreen to stop a chip that wasn't running anyway but it seems like they didn't do anything. I am really disappointed in the service.
