Still no help from Mazda East Rand

Good day,

I drive a mazda 3 2009 model, on the 16th September I noticed break fluid running down from the clutch pedal. I took my mazda to a mechanic and he confirmed I need to have the master clutch replaced. Thus I phoned Mazda East Rand and spoke to Shaun from the parts department. He advised me that he can not order the part if I did not pay for the part first. On Wednesday 18 September I drove through to Mazda East Rand with the broken master clutch on my vehicle as I do not have another mode of transport. I paid cash for the part and Shaun assured me that I can come and fetch the part the next morning (19 September). I asked him if I should phone first to find out if the part has arrived and he assured me that I do not need to phone if I come the morning of the 19th September the part will definitely be there. On the 19th September I drove once again with my mazda with break fluid running through the pedals inside the car to mazda east rand. As I arrived about 9:00, I was told by Shaun that the “driver” never came with the part. I asked him what time the part will arrive and he said sometime during the day and that he will phone me when the part has arrived. In the meantime I am driving my mazda with the faulty master clutch. I never received a call from Shaun that day, I phoned him towards that afternoon; his reply “sorry but the part was taken by some one else”. He will be phoning around trying to find another part for me. I asked Shaun when can I expect a call back and he said he will phone me the next morning (20th September) at 9:00. He never phoned me at all. I ended up phoning the mazda complaint section. I spoke to him again on Wednesday 25th September and Shaun said he is awaiting an email and will contact me back. He did contact me back that afternoon but said I will only receive that part round about 28th October. Now from “you will get your part the next day to 28th October”. How does this work? I always thought that mazda service was impeccable but boy was I in for a huge surprise. I haven’t heard anything from mazda as yet and in the meantime I have to drive my mazda with a faulty master clutch. Not even speaking of the safety factor by breaking down next to the road with my son. How do I go about this now? I feel that I have paid cash for a part that was promised to me the following day and now I sit with a broken car and a maybe. How do I know I will get the part by said date and what do I do in the meantime?
