Shocking service

I bought a brand new Mazda BT 50 2.2 last year October on collection the sales men told me there where a few scratches in the load bin and that the tinting of the windows hasnt been done due to time and that the guys that do the tinting where fully booked which wasnt a problem for me as i could just drop it of for the tinting. Once i got home to show off my NEW van I noticed that the door rubbers on both sides of the bakkie wherent clipped in i phoned the salemen and was told to bring it back but by then i already did it my self. The next few day there where a few more issues that came up safty belts that pull exstremelly tite over ever bump, center concolle plastics that wherent clipped in proply and that the passenger doors didnt close proply we have to slam them.

I booked the van (14 nov 2016 monday) in for all the repair work and also requested that they get it polished because it had overspray on not from them but from a customer i saw and i had a called paint protection plan that was sold to me by mazda east rand. I waited a few day to get a call saying they still waiting for parts and should be finished the following we it was ready for collection on arrival i was notified i had to pay R490 for the polish keeping in mind i bought a paint protection plan from them but to put the icing on the cake they couldnt find my van in there system never the less the key on inspection of the van in mazdas workshop i found that they burnt yje paint work on the roof of my now 3week old bakkie needless to say i lost it and told them to fix it.

It took a further week for it to be sorted out and i had to phone and ask if its ready for collection. When i went to collect i requested the invoice for the polish and was told it must come from the workshop and i never recieved it. 2weeks later i get a call from there service department requesting payment and i refused to pay as they damamged the paint and asked why 2 weeks later a call i was the rudely told "then you well speak to wayne the workshop manager" and phone was put down in my eye 5min later Wayne phoned and told me not to worry it has been sorted out.

14 Mrach 2017 Tuesday i sent it in for its first 15000km service i requested they check aligment of the cab to load ben, windscreen wipers to be changed, aircon has a funny (moist, miff) smell and tailgate touching the bumper. The service advisor told me if they do a aircon service it on my account my question is its a new bakkie why and its under warrenty????. On collection i was shown what was done on a invoice and said here is a email for your record that there is nothing wrong with the load been and that i have 70% left on the brakes. Well here comes the shocker before i toke the van for service i marked all the wheel, filters, sump plug and toke photos for referece. once i got home yesterday i went threw my van sump plug is full of gray silicone sealer, not 1 wheel was taken off there is still oil on the crossmember and oil filter housing from the filter change. The rear bumper has been moved but on the invoice tail gate re aligned. This is not on and to recieve your vehicle back like this is unacceptable i have all the befor and after photos as proof and i have had enough
