Worst service ever Mayfair gearbox

Defiantly a 0 out of 5. We were referred to Mayfair gearbox in Silverton Pretoria, this is absolutely the worst company with the worst service on the face of this planet. In 2022 our car was towed into them. The repair price was absurd, and it took them more than a month and a half to fix the gearbox. It took hundreds of phone calls and emails to try and find out what was going on. Their staff is clueless and do not know what is going on. After receiving the car back, it started making the same problems in the warranty time. After many excuses that it is not the gearbox, they sent it to Suzuki Menlyn. The response of Suzuki was poor workman ship from their side. They picked up the car 25/01/2023 till now we are struggling to get our car fixed and returned today is 01/03/2023. Never in my life would I recommend such incompetence and negligence.
