Terrible terrible

Can one give a 0 out of 5 for absolute disgusting service delivery, bad communication and the staff having no clue whats going on.

My fiance brought his vehicle to them to get fixed. After a week and half nothing has been done (thats after fiance keeps having to phone them for answers) claims they are waiting for insurance approval, after we got it for them, reception said they received it on Monday they're starting immediately. Three days later same story and no one knows whats going on. Still nothing was done on the vehicle. We are in such a hurry to get it fixed and they don't care at all!
