Poor service Mayfair Gearbox

my car has been at Mayfair gearbox for repairs. they do not phone or give feedback unless you phone them ... it took more than 3weeks to get my car back and 2 weeks after receiving it back the same fualt was back. my car went bac to them and they promised my feedback on a dayly bases. i still have to phone them every 5 days to get any feedback the sevice is evry bad
