Poor service from Mayfair Gearbox pretoria

Took Nissan Go to service and it was diagnosed that gearbox had problems and they took it to Mayfair gearbox pretoria.. It's been 3 weeks now am running up and down to the dealership and the answer that I get is that the gearbox is with Mayfair Gearbox they are waiting for a report.. It's been 3weeks now nothing has been done because of Mayfair gearbox.. You really don't care about your clients as long as your making money by servicing other cars. I Wil never in future take my car to Mayfair gearbox.
