<p>I took my BMW to Mayfair gearbox automatic division in joburg on the 22 December 2015;5 months down the line my car is not back yet after paying R31 000. Was given cut n paste quatation ( the estimated quote & actual quote is the same thing) no one could explain why?</p> <p> </p> <p>I took my car there because "at times" it will male some scratching sound;the gears were changing fine from 1-5 & the m/sport.i was given excuses for 4 months why my car was not fixed.then i threatened them with the RMI thats when i got my car on the 24/05/16 but the bumper was damaged;interior had oil all over;when you put it reverse or drive there a click sound; rear mirror cover was falling & they ap**** somethinon the steering was becoming fluffy and coming off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I wanted to speak to someone an a senior level no more with the manager; they called their director whom clearly don't understand what are principles when he gave me money for valet & put a full tank on mycar.took it back on the 06/03/16 & I was given a Peugeot 607 as a courtesy car.I was pulled over by the traffic lofficials & got a fine "the car disc expired on the 10/31/2015.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm still stucked wit the Peugeot even after speaking to the owner about my problems the guy is ******** & can reprimant you as a customer in front of his staff.</p> <p>I'm still waiting for my car that I'm still paying for for 5 months now</p>
