Mayfair gearbox poor service

Today I went to fetch the car at Mayfair Gearbox after 3 months, the car is not fixed because when you put it on drive after few minutes it will go back to Neutral. For the past two weeks it was taken to an external dealer where the problem it's not fixed. They told me about my car misfiring which it doesn't have anything to to with the gearbox.

I payed R21500 today just to take the car back because I was tired of excuses on a daily basis. Am not happy with the services performed cause after the diagnosis and the quote being approved they came back and asked for more more for megatronics which I refused to pay.

They have put me in the worse situation and I will agree that I made a wrong decision taking the car to Mayfair gearbox. I drove the car home and every 200km u need to put it back to drive and after sometime it doesn't want to drive. As we speak it doesn't go to reverse.

So I was taken from pillar to post when I call and ask for feedback. I even showed them the quotation from BMW for services rendered for misfiring that was fixed in January.

Yesterday I went to fetch the car to my surprise the wiring on the car was not covered yet they said they have taken my car to a reputable company? The megatronics that they claim they have fixed. So basically they have ****med me.
