Its Your Fault That we take long to quote and over quote

- The Silverton branch took 3 weeks to give me a quote - When I finally got the scanned in quote it was ridiculous… and there was just one quote (Later found out that they give 3 normally) - Now that I do not want to go ahead, they want to charge me R2400 for the labour (I feel it’s too much! especially after waiting 3 weeks for a ridiculous quote) - I have not received any apology or valid excuse as to why the quote took 3 weeks

I feel that it might be intentional because they keep you on a line until you realllly want your car back then give you the most expensive quote, when I rejected the quote I was asked what my budget is and not told that there are other options (want to see how much I can spend instead of giving me options!!?!?)

I feel that the branch is giving all the branches a bad name… maybe you can help me to get this mail to the right person who actually want to help clients not just take their money…

After multiple complaints I was referred to the MD whom just gave me a bad excuse: "The team has indicated the delay in stripping was because the engine had a severe oil leak. Which they would want You to have sorted out before removing the gearbox."
