I brought in my car for a automatic gearbox replacement in 2022 and i paid a deposit of R35K, there after there was no communication until i went there and told it had been done but they had to test it, then then it was me calling them and wad given a lot lies about a non functioning gear lever the car had been taken to a technician but Tracker recorderd the car in the same location i even went pass there it was still parked there,i bought another gear lever was told it wasn't functioning and i complained to the Senior in Pretoria but eas told my car had been sold without a notification or given a chance to pay the R14K balance. The Supervisor there rudely told me to get a lawyer to contest their action.
