Horrible experience

Horrible experience i got from Mayfair Gearbox Silverton Branch, it took them 3 weeks to provide a quotation for faulty mechatronic for a Golf 7 TSI 1.4. They did not give update i had to always call them and remind that i am still waiting for a quotation. when i collect my car it didn't have a cover for the right hand mirror and the Locknut key was missing nobody want to take responsibility, its like i was lost at that workshop. IT is a no go area!!!
