Excellent service received from Mayfair Gearbox (Silverton Pretoria).

After I had my BMW X3 serviced at BMW Fountains Pretoria, it was reported that there was a problem with my vehicle’s transfer case. I received a quote for R75000 to replace the transfer case. I took my vehicle to Mayfair Gearbox in Silverton for a second opinion.

After investigation/testing I was advised that there was no problem with the transfer case and Bertus Steenkamp advised that I change the tyres on my vehicle which resolved the issue. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed that there was no charge for the testing and I was send home with a smile.

The service I received from Daleen the Service Advisor and Bertus Steenkamp the General Manager was excellent. It is difficult and extremely rare to find companies with integrity and honesty these days and I can strongly recommend Mayfair Gearbox Silverton!
