DO NOT THINK OF CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY, ********* BUSINESS PRACTICES.
They replaced my prop shaft coupling with a second hand one without informing me then proceeded to tell me i have to replace all tyres (which were all under a year old and in perfect condition) to the same brand or else they wont offer me warranty, all of this after the job was done. I checked with the OEM and having different tyres brands DOES NOT cause coupling failure. Less then a week later after fetching the car the same issue persists and they refuse to take accountability that they sold me a second hand part without telling me. The moment they insisted i purchase 4 new tyres or they dont provide warranty i knew they were concealing something and indeed they were. Only after telling them i'm going to get it checked at the OEM i find out they replaced it with a second hand part. All correspondence was done via email and not once did they inform me its a second hand part but they refuse to acknowledge that but instead want to blame it on perfectly good tyres of the same size. 1) They should have mentioned the tyres after accessing the car and given me the opportunity to go ahead knowing i will need new tyres or there will be no warranty. 2) They should have informed me that the replacement part is 2nd hand, instead they write "Exchange Coupling" on the invoice and claim that means "2nd hand" something that should be explicitly communicated at which point i would have not proceeded. 3)There is no evidence from even the OEM that different tyres brands of the same size can cause coupling failure. 28K later but i will fight them in the courts because this is in contravention of the Consumer ACT. THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
