Delay in repairs

I put in a claim with my insurer last week, the claim was approved on Wednesday I was told that the gearbox that is stripped out will be collected at witbank Ford on Thursday 27July by Mayfair Pretoria. They only collected it Monday 31 July. They still have to strip and quote my insurance, the process is taking too long. End of the week I have to return my courtesy vehicle and then I won't have any means of transport.
