Customer care second to none
Recently Mayfair Gearbox in Johannesburg completed some repairs to my car. My vehicle was in their workshop for two weeks. During this time, I was in daily contact with Candise Macdonald, their service advisor. She called and emailed every single day, to update me on the status of the repairs. She was just always available to assist and responded to my emails at all hours of the day and night. She arranged for my vehicle to be collected from and delivered to my home. Furthermore, she took it upon herself to look for ways to reduce the initial quote. This resulted in a significant saving for me. I wish to commend her on outstanding customer care and her spotless work ethic. She made me feel so important as a customer and that my business mattered. Congratulations on employing such a super star.
