Bad service

In December 2022, I took my vehicle for a gearbox change and I received back the car in 2023 since it was festive season. I have been going to Mayfair Silverton as the gearbox is not properly tightened, their *****s keep falling. I took it back and it didn't last a month and I took it again in July 2023, the same thing happens. It went to a point where I thought something else was wrong with the car and took it to Malas to check and they showed me how loose the *****s were and the gearbox is exposed from underneath. I am literally tired and regret taking my car to them because I am faced with this problem and when I call them to report, they always ask me to leave a message and the number but never call me back. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone honestly, I'm sure there are other better places to fix a gearbox.
