Avoid Mayfair Pinetown

To add to the long list of unhappy customers. Took my 2012 Isuzu to Mayfair Pinetown on the recommendation of the Isuzu dealership to have the rear wheel bearings replaced. Over 2 weeks later with zero communication from Mayfair I was able to collect the vehicle, only to find that having driven away it now had no brakes. The vehicle was returned and another week passed, again zero communication from Mayfair. The only way I could ever ascertain what was going on was to phone them and it was quite evident that I was being fed a bunch of lies concerning why it would possibly take 2 weeks to replace the wheel bearings. They also tried to deny any responsibility for there being no brakes after they had worked on the vehicle. Mayfair needs to be avoided at all costs.
