Maya mobile ****

Maya Mobile **** I purchased a global unlimited data package from Maya Mobile for 14 days to be used in the two countries i was visiting. The package was to be valid in all countries supported by Maya Mobile.

I connected the package at the airport in Johannesburg before the flight left to check it was working. On landing in Zambia the package did not connect despite numerous attempts. It is obviously a problem despite Zambia being on the list of countries supported. when i contacted support was told as i had used 1GB of data in Johanneburg no refunding or roll over could be provided.

Please be careful - Maya mobile are out there to **** you when you land in the country you visiting and then have to scramble using roaming data. I will never ever use a *****ulent product like Maya Mobile with very poor customer support where they sell packages for countries where they do not deliver a service having taking your money !!
