The worst service ever

The worst customer service experience. They charged us for VoIP but never delivered a phone - nevermind that we called them repeatedly asking for the phone. We complained about the internet being slow and were told to perform speed tests every 30min. How, I ask you, are we supposed to do that when the internet is so slow that you can't even open your email? Nope,don't every use this internet service provider - it's no service at all.
