Bad Service and Allowance of Clients Data ******

I would like to lay a complaint against Maxwell Technologies as they refuse to look into data being ****** from client accounts. They charge for the wrong data bundles and when the client has proof of their data being ****** they accuse the client of allowing someone on their router which is not connected directly to the Maxwell account. I cannot believe that the CEO of the company has such bad customer service to take this route with clients. They will not reimburse for data ****** nor will they look into the security breaches that they clearly have.
