Shameless theft of my funds

I started of at uTrader and my account got transferred to Maxitrade. My account manager never followed instructions or requests from me....always contacting me at inconvenient times. Never communicated via email of Skype as requested. Gave me lengthy explanations why I cannot withdraw my funds. Needed me to upload documents which I have done and no one has even looked at these. And 4 weeks after I am uploaded these as requested my account balance is down from $310-89 to $35-65. Where in the world have my funds disappeared to if I have not been trading. I emailing asking for an explanation and no email address seems to be valid. In other words MAXITRADE has ****** my money with no word whatsoever. Thank you very much
