Terrible experience

I gave the driver a R100 note in paying for a trip that cost R35 and she gave me R40 change instead of R65, which I only noticed after she had driven off. I then contacted the driver via the app chat platform, and she denied everything.

I reported this to maxim, after sending them countless emails most which they didn’t respond to, they told me to go open a case.
