Bad service
I booked a ride with Maxim on sunday for my cousin. Than I paid via bank on the app than it was on after the guy accepted the ride than on the description I gave them the number of the person to call because I was not around tha. The guy called him they he said he will called the guy after that he completed the ride R75.00 wa deducted again from my account than he went silent when the person who needed a ride called him. So dont trus this guy's be careful.

Bad service

*****S!!! I ordered a cab and at first everything was normal, the driver name and car etc, showing in how many minutes he will arrive. Then the notification that the driver arrived, then the notification that the order was completed without me even going outside When I eventually did go outside the driver was nowhere to be found. My money was taken without the service being provided at all, they didn't cancel the order, they said it was completed. They outright stole my money.

My money was taken without the service being provided at all, they didn't cancel the order, they said it was completed. They outright stole my money.

E-Hailing **** service
****test service in the E-Hailing industry. 2 canceled rides but zero funds are returned. I'm waiting from 2nd of May 2026 and yet to receive my money from canceled rides. Availability of drivers are pathetic aswell.

BLOEMFONTEIN DRIVERS HARRASSING PASSENGERS AND THE COMPANY NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!
MAXIM Taxis BLOEMFONTEIN drivers are harrassing clients/passengers. They are forcing passengers to change mode of payment to cash and do a Payshap transfer BY FORCE and if you refuse they become aggressive. I have honestly had drivers that are very professional however the majority is making the good ones look very bad. The disheartening part is that the company itself is not doing anything about this when we complain. You receive NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, NO RESPONSE nothing. We are NOT saying the app should be cancelled but just merely consider our safety. Some drivers come with cars that are not reflecting on the app of which obviously they are deceiving the app but if you report it they do absolutely nothing. I will say again I have encountered professional drivers in the app and complaint is not with the drivers but with the COMPANY that is running this app. MAYBE PEOPLE SHOULD JUST BOYCOTT this app all together including myself as off today. THE HARRASSMENT is getting out of hand.

You are disgusting ********s. A trip of R71 started at 17:23 and ended at 17:46 went up to R110 because of nonexistent waiting time of 19 minutes. The waiting time was less than 3 minutes and you raised it to R110. ****mers, I want my money. Sies!!! *****s

I want my money back
On 25/12/2025 I requested on the app and added my bank card as a payment method. That trip went well. On 26/12/2025 I requested again, they debited my account twice and then reversed one amount. When the driver arrived he said the payment was not reflecting on his side. He also pointed out that my payment method was changed to cash. I ended paying the driver cash. I have sent countless messages to them and have been receiving robot responses with the same nonsensical message.
