YEt we wait again

Good day, about 3 months ago Maxidor technicians came out to replace the units that we not up to standard.<br> Guess what..... the rust has all come back!<br> Grason, the Regiional Manager phoned me 3 weeks ago, and advised me that the technicians would be at my premises at 14:00 on 04/11/2015, when I phoned at around 16:00 I was told that Grason is off sick. BUT nobody at Maxidor could tell me when their team was going to come out and sort out the problems at my house. Yet we are still waiting. When I phone Maxidor, I am told that nobody knows about anything about anybody coming to my premises.<br> Maxidor's service is appalling. Just absolutely disgusted with this company! Would NEVER EVER refer anyone to use Maxidor.
