Maxidoor Sandton's Shocking Service
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. DO NOT EVER USE MAXIDOOR SANDTON. They removed my garage doors and left my property in Sandton without them for a week, only then telling me they would install new doors. Leaving a property exposed like this is a serious security risk and, in my view, completely unacceptable. I received an email in which they accepted that this was due to a manufacturing issue on Maxidoor Sandton's part. The installation is outsourced, but that does not excuse the company's poor communication or lack of accountability. Customers should know exactly what to expect before they remove any doors, with a clear plan to keep the property secure, let alone being expected to wait for SEVEN days without garage doors. My experience has left me with no confidence in their service. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice.

Maxidoor service ****
This is honestly the worst business you can deal with so if you are thinking about it, DO NOT DO IT!! We got a quote for a security gate in August 2026 and payment was made by the 6th. We had to wait for over a month and when instillation happened, the security gate had a broken lock!! Waited again and we are on week 3 with a white elephant of a 'security gate". Maxidor Polokwane and the head office aren't responsive to any of this and you have to force them to communicate with you when they gladly accepted your hard earned money.

Maxidor has ****** our money and not provided as with our paid ordered product
We ordered a security swing gate from Maxidor and paid the full amount on the 5th March and were told it would be delivered by the 4th April. I get a phone call on Monday 30 March to be told they have made the gate incorrectly and it needs to be remade and now I just wait another 10-15 working days. At this point I feel Maxidor has ****** our money.

Maxidor has ****** our money and not provided as with our paid ordered product

Maxidor Roodepoort - Renault Kwid
The poor aftersales service has left us vulnerable. The manager refused to take responsibility for a sale of the salesperson that is no with the dealership. The vehicle has been in our possession for almost a year. The license disk has expired, and nobody can give feedback on the whereabouts of the registration papers (NATIS) to change the ownership. The vehicle was returned to have the defects checked and fixed for the duration of almost 3 months. It was returned with only one issue resolved. It is with great regret that I have to write this review, but after sales service is very important if the customer pays the premium every month for a vehicle that has issues.
