Worst installation service

Morning, In the month of October I requested a quote from Anthony from Maxidor and he came and took measurements for the whole house then I made a payment that were separated into two invoices CT 03259 R13573. 79 & CT 03259 R9667. 51 slider and promised to deliver within 10-15 days of which it didn't happen I kept on sending messages and call him as well he said he was waiting for the head Office. On the 24 November a guy called said he will come and install the Trellis on the @ 13H00 didn't around 15H00 he called and Aid he's on the gate and I was surprised how come they come by that time and they came and started working till 19H30 I had to clean myself because it was already late only to notice that the installation wasn't done correctly those trellis are skewed they didn't use the spirit level. On the 26 November I send a message with the pictures to Anthony, he doesn't respond, then I call him and he says he will come in the morning @ 10H00 and he brought a spirit level and he confirmed that they are skewed and he's preparing a report so that the next person who will install the remaining trellis will fix them up to date nothing, there's a lady that also called and promised that before the end of the week 05 December 2020 it will delivered installed and rectify the skewed ones nothing happened. Surprisingly on their website there was a 20% discount and I didn't get it.
