Work incomlete/ no feedback

when we bought our first home, i wanted to make sure my family would be well protected. I got quotes from all the reputable companies in town, but 1 stood out from the rest, maxidor. The sales rep was efficient, from initial contact to written quote took 4 days. He was also readily available to answer any questions i had. The other companies dragged their feet. Based on this, i decided to go with maxidor even though they were not the cheapest. According to the quote, it would take 2 weeks from full payment for work to be complete. Full payment was done by 1st June. When i contacted the rep 2 weeks later, he informs me they still didnt have material. No feedback pior to me inquiring. When i demanded a full refund on the 22nd of june, all of a sudden they have the material. Installion took place a few days before my family had to move in. Then they found out, some of their material is wrong for our installation. I contacted Nicole, the national service manager, who responded quickly to the matter and sent someone from durban to look into this matter. Corrective actions were discussed and accepted, but a week later, not implemented. Ive emailed nicole 24h ago, and still no reply.
