Why is it so difficult to get service?
Like another client has stated on this site, they are very quick to sell you their product but getting after-sales service out of them is another story. We have tried 3 times now to make an appointment for a service, every time we are promised that someone will call us but they never do. What is going on, it is not like we expect it for free?!
