What #Maxidor promise vs what they really deliver

In December 2019 our renovated house needed a security gate in front of the new kitchen window.

We decided on Maxidor rather than Trellidor as the aesthetics were more pleasing

WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!! The quality of service is so poor. This is the window that was fitted. There were various attempts from Alan, from Ramatla Partners (our contractors) to get #Maxidor to come and replace this. The dovetails at the bottom are apparently "up to spec" but nowhere on the website this can be seen.

The response fromGavin Bean, National Franchise Manager on my question whether an intruder will not be able to cut through these dovetails was :"The time this will take and the noise it will make to the product will alert the home owner and give them time to react to the attempted breach."

I am thus turning to social media as we are not getting any response from the #MAXIDOR or #MAXIDORMENLYN branch

My suggestion - next time you think about safety for your house - call TRELLIDOR!
