Unreliable and bad service.
Maxidor Durban is probably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with and I regret choosing them for my home security . I’ve recently moved into a new home in Durban and I was promised delivery in 10-14 working days. They were very quick to respond and push for me to pay deposit, it’s been over a month now, I have no date of installation or progress of my order, they are now ignoring my emails . Do not use Maxidor.

27 Jul 2020, 12:28Still waiting for my order almost 2 months later , I was promised last week Wednesday , no one from Maxidor called me to inform me about changes , I had to call on Friday to ask about my order which is already so many weeks late. They told me to wait another week again. I’m really disgusted by the service I’ve received from Maxidor and will never use this company again and won’t recommend it to anyone. It’s been a nightmare, so unreliable and horrible service.
