Undermining customers and very disrespectful

<p>Maxidor agent who was doing my order ,ordered a swing burglar door when i asked for a slam one, when i told him about it he tells me i am trying to get a discount, i told him ill pay the extra for the slam door which i did pay for. the same time we realised they didn’t order the passage door, and i had to wait 2 weeks, and now that they are here they came with a wrong slam door std size for the front door wich is not std, they also came with wrong kitchen door, now i have to wait another 2weeks, i am fed up, the guys show up drunk, and some of the burglars already installed are loose</p>
