Total waste of money

<p>After paying upfront, Maxidor came to my retail store to install a roller shutter. Upon arrival (after manufacturing) they discovered that they will need side panels to secure the premisis. This took them two weeks to do and upon arrival at my store, they show me the side "panels". THIS IS A DISGRACE TO YOUR COMPANY and your valued name! This is a ******* and totally unproffessional. I now have to delay the move of my store which could end up costing me a fortune for another months rent. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! IT LOOKS LIKE THIS STEEL WAS COLLECTED FROM THE DUMP! PATHETIC! After confronting Maxidor, they replaced the side panels. Now three weeks later, they come to install the motor (apparently valued at R16000). AFTER SPENDING R70000, MY STORE IS NOW SECURED WITH 3 POP RIVITS! Once the shutter is rolled down, it can be reopened manually using the chain fitted to the outside. The only thing covering this chain is a galvinized metal flap which can easily be p**** open even if I put the biggest pad lock on it. My store is now less secure than before the installation. I cannot understand the mentality behind this design! I feel ********** as this is nowhere near the quatily expected from Maxidor, especially for the price paid.</p>
