Timelines not adhered to!

I had a break in last week Thursday and contacted Maxidoor to install a security door right away. Quincy came to measure, quote and explain everything very well and I paid the full amount right then and there because I wanted the security gate installed asap as I was scared and unprotected. Quincy said it normally takes 3-5 days, but because I have a case number, this could be 3 days. Based on this information I went with Maxidoor instead of their competitor.<br> <br> It is now - 7 days later and I have no security door. Additionally, I was not even called by maxidoor to let me know on the progress of my door or to apologies for it being late. I called Quincy yesterday and he said he would phone back but never did! This is just so unacceptable - I am scared every night as I don't have protection and you would think a company such as Maxidoor would be quick and efficient - BUT they are not! the least they could do it call to say there is a delay! they do not keep to their promises! only want to get the sale. Unhappy customer!
