Rehan de Kock from Maxidor is an absolute asset to your company! On Friday afternoon after 15:30 we phoned to ask if someone would come to our house to give a quotation on Security Doors. He was a our house within an hour and a half when we only expected to see someone the next week. He was super professional and explained every step of how the product worked in detail. He was most kind to our little children and even gave them an opportunity to take part in showing how the doors operate. Excellent customer service skills, excellent product knowledge!! He even phoned on Monday morning to follow up and ensure that we were happy with the quotes he had given!!
