Still waiting for refund after 8 weeks!!!!!!

<p>1. I placed and paid for an order on 8/9/2016 for standard mesh panels and fixtures.</p> <p>2. On 12/9/2016, before the goods were delivered, I cancelled the order.</p> <p>3. On 13/9/2016 Garth Ashman confirmed cancellation and advised that I will be refunded. He mentioned that the refund will take 4-6 weeks to be done.</p> <p>4. It is now 8 weeks later and nothing has been received.</p> <p>5. Nobody takes or return calls. </p>
