I had placed an order and paid 75% of purchase price for a retractable gate on 21/05/2020 with the New Germany Branch of Maxidor ,the sales representative advised me of 7 to 10 working day wait.After lots of excuses and promises they arrived on 6/7/2020 only to tell me the salesman took incorrect measurements and the entire gate has to be remade today being 21/7/2020 is full 2 months I have had no joy Shaun the sales rep promised feed back he ****, Lynette the admin manager is always about to call me she has refused point blankly to give out her bosses number , I spoke to Arusha at head office someone was going to call me by 12 pm today ,it’s the poorest customer service I have ever received to date.I am utterly disgusted with Maxidor New Germany
