Rusted Security Gate

I am very disgusted with my security door. 6 months after having it installed it started to rust. Was taken away to be re epoxy coated. Last year November I complained again and took photos and showed to the owner of Herm**** branch. Was told that at my own cost it can be redone. As I live by the sea this kind of thing will happen. Seriously... Gates for certain area should be treated accordingly to climate as far as I am concerned. Have sent two emails to their Head office no reply. Totally ignored. Will never use this company again.
