Replacing of rusted burglar bars

I had my house fitted with burglar bars and gates exactly one year ago at a cost of R25000. The installation process was plagued from the start due to shortage of stock ,damaged products, very poor service and communication and incorrect manufacturing dimensions leading to rust forming on certain bars due to the upright bars being forced into the horizontal tracks. After a lengthy battle communicating with Maxidor they eventually investigated the rust claim and agreed to replace the rusted parts on the 7th December 2015. I accepted their offer and had to follow up on the 8th February 2016 as to when this would happen but no answer has been received to date.<br> I would strongly advise anyone to seriously shop around before deciding to use Maxidor. This has been the worst experience and service I have received from any company and would definitely not use Maxidor again.
