Poor Service

Your branch 1 Mitre Road, Pinetown. Today is the 27 Feb 2020 and i placed my fully paid order 13 Feb 2020. Your guy pitches up today 27th and unfortunately there was no power and whilst my guy was arranging power and in 5 minutes it was sorted but your guy left without informing anybody including myself who did the payment and order. Nobody called to report nor make alternative arrangements.

UNACCEPTABLE!!
