POOR QUALITY OF GATES

We have recently contacted Maxidor, Durban regarding gates that they have installed for us and we have been informed that a technician will get back to us. This problem has been reported to Maxidor since the installation of the gates, over 2 years ago but up to date we have no joy from Maxidor. I have sent emails, watsapp messages and still nobody gets back to you. the gates are under warranty but we get no joy at all from this company. I have even tried contacting the head office and the number does not seem to exist anymore. they seem to just not care about their customers at all....
