PETER PROMISE

We have now been waiting for 3 weeks to get our maxidor fixed. Clinton from our area in Amanzimtoti came to see us 12th September 2017 and promise that if do not have stock he will order and that our door will be fixed by Friday the 15th September 2017. Ever since then if you can hold of him he has excuses. He then promise the door will be fixed yesterday 28th September as the stock only arrived the day before. the 28th came and went and no word from Mr. Promise. This morning he again he had an excuse for not being able to do the job. If this is the after sales service we getting from Maxidor I am afraid I will never use or recommend you to any body this absolute bad bad service.
