Overcharged and service not great

Wanted help with a gate already moved. They refused to send out someone to come and have a look without paying for the moving of the gate and call out fee. They did not want to listen that the gate was already moved and we paid almost R3000 just to get someone move 2 pop rivets, 10min job. Really!! Afterwards they are not even willing to refund us some of the money paid. Even the person who tended to us said that it is outrageous.
