Outstanding Service from Maxidor

Today i will be reviewing Maxidor's Service, Staff's professionalism and their turnaround time. We recently bought a house in Bellville and needed some security to secure the place within 2weeks. We started looking around, getting few quotes from different security companies.

Marc from Maxidor: Marc phoned me short after i requested a quote. We set up an appointment for the next day. I should mention that Maxidor wasnt the first company to quote me, I had 2 other famous companies who came. So i have enough criteria to compare Maxidor from those 2 security companies. Marc walked me through the security aspects of their products and advised me on what will be the best options for me kitchen window and door. What i liked about Marc is he is passionate about his job, he is very professional and knows his product. The other thing that i liked about Maxidor was the Instant Quote, There is no hidden costs or Anything. By the time Marc had all his measurement, i had the quote in my inbox. Trellidor's guys said they will send it in a day, but im still waiting for the quote. With Maxidor, it was instant, what wasnt cleared, Marc was there to clarify it for me. This is a big thing for me especially when you are shopping around. Marc mentioned that i will take 9-10 working days to get the order from Joburg, but he was very nice to escalate my request to his boss Jurie Botha.

Review on Jurie Botha: Jurie Botha is all about security, This guy is very genuine and cares for his customers. I have watched a few videos where Jurie managed to break in into it's competitor's product. No, he wasn't try to be a smart ass, he was just trying to show how those "famous" companies are selling their products claiming they are secure and doesnt really live to their standards. So, I didnt have 9-10 working days to wait for my order, and Jurie managed to expedite this process for us and we were promised to get the installation done within the next few days. The other concerns we had was regarding the bad reviews on Maxidor. Jurie emailed me personally to reassure me that those bad reviews were resolved offline. And we live in the technology era, anyone(competitors) can live bad reviews or employ people to use their accounts to leave PAID reviews, i am in IT and very well aware how this works. I had my door and window installed within 1 week from request of quote etc.

Lorenzo and Fabien: The guys who installed our door and window are Lorenzo and Fabien. These guys are brilliant. I was there on the day they came to install. Lorenzo knew his job and has been doing it for 9 years and this guy knows his stuffs. He didnt just want to do a quick job but took the time to assess the place and recommend to put beam. That to me was going beyond customer expectations. After they finished the installation, Lorenzo asked if i was happy with the job, there was a corner which i wanted to enhance, he gladly removed the whole frame and fixed that.. That was very nice of him, this to me meaning he cares for his customers and not only doing a quick job. After they completed the installation, Lorenzo and Fabien both cleaned up my garden, took all their ******* with them. They could have just left it there given that he had another installation in sea point. I really appreciated that. Thanks Lorenzo and Fabien.

Few key takeaways: 1. Maxidor guys were professional and lived up to all their promises they made to us. The installation was done in time as per our specifications 2. Those guys knows their products. Infact they were the only company that offers 10-year warranty on their products. Meaning they are confident about the quality of their product 3. Dont just go with the Famous company, take your time, shop around. Evaluate the products out there, the service.
