No urgency

The lock on my security gate jammed on Friday night & I can't get the gate closed. I tried to get hold of Maxidor on Saturday, stupidly thinking that this is a security company and security is important, so they would be open on a Saturday morning. They weren't. So I called first thing on Monday morning & explained that I was moving on Wednesday so this needed to be repaired urgently. I didn't hear back from them until Tuesday when a confused man called me, firstly asking if I needed a new gate installed & then asking how their service had been for the last few years. Huh? What does this have to do with gate repair? I again explained the moving situation as he was clueless about the urgency & he said he'd get back to me. I then got called by a lady named Renalda who tried to help but the booking department refuses to send someone out before Monday next week. What part of no-one will be there next week do these people not understand? I'm lucky that the lock didn't jam while the gate was closed. I would've been stuck in my house for a week while these *****s got their act together. Guess which security gates I won't be putting in my new house. Or in any house I ever buy ever again.
