No service delivery of goods purchased waiting almost a month now. sales peson and manager passing the buck

on 17 January 2017 I bought security gates for sliding door and window and was asked to pay the full amount of R7200,00 and was promised that delivery of products and installation will take 15 days. The period of 15 days has expired a long time ago. I spoke to Gary who promised that installation will take place last week Wednesday or Thursday nothing happened. I subsequently spoke to the Joe Beretta (the manager) who promised that installation will be done this Wednesday, spoke to Gary again to confirm, he said maybe on Thursday I cannot get a definitive answer. I am now not sure if I will ever receive the goods and services that I paid for as I am send from around from pillar to post with Maxidor employees blaming each other. How can I get assistance from Maxidor Brakpan? Please help.
