No refund recieved after 2 months !

I purchased maxidor expandable gates and burglar bars for my new property. After paying the full amount for my order, the previous owner decided to put burglar bars because of the recent high crime activity near the house. I called Kireshen (consultant I have been liaising with) and he said that the burglar bars were not produced as yet and he will remove from order and that I will received a refund. He did mention that it will take 2-4 weeks to process. I changed the order in January and I am still waiting for my refund. Kireshen keeps telling me it will paid at the end of week, for the past 2 weeks now and still no refund ! I called the call centre and they said they will forward to accounts department who will call me, still no call ! <br> I am very dissapointed, the quality of your product is good, but the quality of your after sales is pathetic !<br> I paid upfront the entire amount, so I deserve some respect and not to be given the run - around !<br> Please advise asap as to when I will receive my refund.<br> <br> Praven Govender
