<p>Their sales agent Donovan Atkins will come and do the measurements and quote very efficiently and that is about where the efficiency ends. He does not follow through to ensure the installation takes place smoothly. He disappears into the sunset never to be heard from again and the client is left to pick up the pieces. The owner Bret tried to intervene but honestly either the rot has set in so deep or his staff simply does not care.</p> <p>They received our funds in full before installation day. On three occasions arrangements have been made with us for the installer to be there. No shows and no communication from their office. We have to chase them to track down what is going on. The installation now two months after the order was placed is still not incomplete. </p> <p>I have dealt with many suppliers in the 20 years of being in the property game and NEVER have I dealt with such incompetence EVER!</p>
